What is a Prenup?
Relationship agreements often referred to as pre-marriage or pre-nuptial agreements, pre-civil partnership agreements or post nuptial agreements (entered into after marriage) can give you peace of mind. Where properly prepared these agreements will decide what will happen if at a later stage you and your partner separate and divorce.
For a long-time prenups were thought to be the exclusive preserve of footballers and the very rich prepared to pay for experimental law, but now prenuptial agreements are very much centre stage for the rest of us.
